Website
Booking button
Each website picks what its Book button does: book with Tornaly, open your Booksy, Fresha or Square page, or no booking button at all. Change it any time.
The three modes
| Mode | What clients get | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Tornaly booking | The button opens your booking page. Bookings land straight in your calendar, under your rules, with deposits if you ask for them. | Shops that book with Tornaly. Needed for the AI front desk. |
| Your Booksy, Fresha or Square link | The button (“Book on Booksy”, for example) opens your page on that app. | Keeping the booking app you use today, with a better website. |
| No booking button | Call and Directions buttons instead. | Walk-in shops, or anyone who books by phone. |
All three are available on every plan. On Free, the booking page takes bookings for one person; Booking and Front Desk take them for your whole team.
Change the mode
In the website editor, open Booking button.
Choose a mode
For an external link, paste the address of your booking page on Booksy, Fresha or Square (or another booking app). We check that it opens.
Choose Publish
Every Book button on your site changes at once.
With an external link
- Your services section still shows the services and prices kept in Tornaly. Keep them in step with your other app, or hide the section.
- The AI front desk can’t book for you, because the bookings live in the other app. It needs Tornaly booking.
- Reminders, deposits and client history stay in the other app.
