Clients
Client profiles
Every client gets one profile with their visits, conversations on every channel, and permissions — created automatically the first time they message you.
How profiles are created
- Automatically, when someone messages you on any channel.
- By your team: Customers → Add customer (name and mobile; email and notes optional). If that number is already on file, the existing profile opens instead.
- From the calendar, when you book a new client.
- By importing your list from another app. See Import clients.
Anonymous website visitors don’t appear in your Customers list until they give a name, phone or email, or book.
What a profile shows
| Tab | What’s there |
|---|---|
| Overview | Visits, lifetime value (the total of completed appointments), no-shows, late cancels, first seen and last visit; upcoming and past appointments; ratings. |
| Conversations | Every chat, and one timeline of recent messages across all channels. |
| Details | Contact points and how each was verified, possible duplicates, and past merges (with undo). |
| Privacy | What they’ve agreed to receive on each channel, with the full history; export and erase. |
What you can edit
- Name, mobile, email, language, usual team member.
- Notes (up to 2,000 characters). Only your team sees notes; the assistant never shares them.
- VIP — or automatically after 10 visits.
- Always ask for a deposit and Blocked (Owner and Manager). A blocked client can’t be booked by the assistant and gets no comeback messages.
- Exclude from comebacks, on the Comebacks page.
Finding clients
Search by name (typos and accents are forgiven), at least 3 digits of a phone number, or email. Filters: Everyone, Due back, New (first contact in the last 30 days), VIP and Has upcoming.
Note
Due back shows the clients the Comebacks page lists as Due or Overdue: both pages use the same due date, from each client’s own rhythm. See How “due” is calculated.
