What clients do

   Pick a service

   Your menu, with durations and prices from Services. They can also pick a person, or take whoever is free first.

   Pick a time

   Only times that are really free, worked out from your team’s hours and your booking rules.

3. 3

   Confirm

   Name and mobile (and email if they like). If a deposit is due, they pay it on a secure Stripe page before the booking is confirmed.

They get a confirmation with an Add to calendar link, then reminders before the visit. Returning clients are recognised, so they don’t type their details twice.

• Your website’s Book button, when it’s set to Tornaly booking. See Booking button.
• Your booking link, for your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile and anywhere else. See Share your booking link.
• The AI front desk, which books the same times in chat.

What it follows

• Your booking rules: minimum notice, how far ahead, approvals for new clients, deposits and cancellation rules.
