Four plans, priced per location. Each one includes everything in the plan before it: Free gets you online, Website adds your own domain, Booking adds full online booking for your team, and Front Desk adds the AI that answers and books for you.

- Businesses in Canada pay in Canadian dollars (CA$). Everyone else pays in US dollars (US$). Your business address decides.
- Paying yearly gets you 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12.
- Prices are before tax. GST/HST/QST or US sales tax is added where the law requires it.
- Front Desk is the plan we recommend for most shops.
Example: a shop with three people
Front Desk for 3 people who take bookings: CA$69 + 2 × CA$20 = CA$109 a month (US$49 + 2 × US$15 = US$79), with 1,100 texts and 800 AI conversations a month. Managers and front desk staff who don’t take bookings are free.

Texts and AI conversations
- A text
- One SMS sent to a client: a reminder, a confirmation, a comeback or an AI reply by SMS. It counts as one text however long it is. Replies from clients are free, and WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and email never use texts.
- An AI conversation
- All the messages with one client over 24 hours, on any channel, where the AI replied at least once. A client who asks three questions and books in one evening is one conversation. Messages your team answers, spam you block and your own Try it tests don’t count.
Allowances grow with each extra person who takes bookings and reset every month. Settings → Plan & billing shows what you’ve used.
When an allowance runs out
- Texts: reminders go by email or WhatsApp instead, until next month.
- AI conversations: the assistant offers clients tap-to-book buttons (guided mode), so they can still book.
- Nothing breaks, and you’re never charged by surprise.
Keep going
To keep everything running when an allowance runs out, turn on Keep going in Settings → Plan & billing. It is off until you turn it on.

- You set a monthly limit for all keep-going charges (CA$20 / US$15 by default). When it’s reached, keep going stops until next month.
- We email you at 80% and at 100% of your limit.
- WhatsApp: Meta’s own message fees are passed through at cost, with no markup.
Free, always
- No commission, ever: deposits go straight to you, and Tornaly charges no payment, booking or marketplace fees.
- Client import from Booksy, Fresha, Square, Vagaro and GlossGenius, and data export.
