Today
The home screen: who needs a reply, who’s in the chair, what’s next, and the open gaps you can still fill.
Today opens when you sign in. Everyone sees it; providers see only their own appointments.
At the top
- A greeting and a one-line summary: how many appointments today (and their value, if your role sees money) and how many chats need you.
- A warning if a channel needs reconnecting or its access is about to end (Owner and Manager).
- For a new business, the setup list.
- Needs you: conversations waiting for a person, each with Reply.
The day: Now, Next, Later
Today’s appointments is one list across the team, in time order. A counts line sits on top — done, in the chair, upcoming, no-shows and open gaps — and every number on the page comes from the same count, so they always agree.
| Section | What’s in it |
|---|---|
| Now | Who’s in the chair, and anyone free this minute. |
| Next | Each person’s next client. |
| Later | The rest of the day, with open gaps in between. |
| Earlier today | Finished visits (folded away under “Show earlier visits”) and no-shows. |
On each appointment you can:
- Arrived — check the client in.
- Done — mark the visit finished.
- No-show — once the appointment has started. It counts toward their no-show history.
- Message — open their conversation.
An open gap has Fill gap: Book this time yourself, or Offer to the waitlist. Waitlist offers need at least an hour’s notice; the first person to accept gets the time. See Waitlist.
Shop timeline
When two or more people work today, until the day is over, Show today as: List / Timeline switches to a shop timeline: one row per person, hour by hour, showing who’s booked, who’s free and who’s off. On phones it’s a short Who’s doing what list instead. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Day wrap-up
Once the day is over, the list becomes Today’s done: visits, the value at your listed prices (not what was paid), and no-shows. No-shows are listed under Worth a follow-up. A line for Tomorrow shows how many are booked and who’s first.
On a day nobody works, Today says you’re closed and shows tomorrow instead. Below the day, Coming up this week shows how many are booked on each of the next days.
