Services
Your menu: what you offer, how long it takes, what it costs, and who does it. Your website, your booking page and the AI front desk all show what is here, and nothing else.
Edit services in Settings → Services & prices (Owner and Manager).
Service fields
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Service name, description, category | What clients see. The description is up to 400 characters. |
| What customers call it | Other names clients use (“fade”, “skin fade”), so the assistant recognises them. |
| Takes | How long the appointment lasts, in 5-minute steps (5 minutes to 12 hours). |
| Prep time before / Clean-up time after | Up to 2 hours each. The calendar keeps this time free, but clients only see the appointment. See buffers. |
| Price | Required for any service the assistant can book — it never guesses. Turn on Price starts at for “from $60” pricing. |
| Deposit | A fixed amount to pay when booking (not more than the price). Needs payments connected. |
| Clients usually come back every … weeks | Used to work out when clients are due back. Leave empty for one-off services. |
| Who does it | Everyone, or only some people. |
| The assistant can book this | Off means clients are asked to book this one with your team (for example, a consultation first). |
| Service is on | Turning a service off hides it but keeps its history. |
Starter services
During setup you get typical services for your business type — barbershop, hair salon, nails, lashes & brows, esthetics & spa, tattoo, personal training or other — with a suggested price for each. Nothing is priced until you confirm it.
Tip
Percentage deposits (say, 20% of the price) and deposits for one team member or one client are set as exceptions in Booking rules.
Note
Your website’s services section reads this list live. Change a price here and the site follows. See Website overview.
