What Tornaly is
Tornaly gives appointment businesses — barbershops, salons, nail and lash studios, spas, tattoo studios and personal trainers — three connected products on one system: a website, online booking with your client list, and an AI front desk that answers and books for you.
The short version
Start with a website, add online booking, then switch on the AI front desk when you want it. The three share one calendar, one client list and one price list: change a price once and it updates on your website, your booking page and in the AI’s replies.

What it never does
- Invent prices, times or policies. Every price and time in a reply is checked against your services and calendar before it is sent. See How the AI front desk works.
- Decide refunds or discounts. Those always go to a person on your team.
- Hold your money or take a cut. Deposits go straight to your own Stripe account. Tornaly never touches the funds and charges no commission. See How Stripe Connect works here.
- Answer phone calls. The AI handles messages. When you miss a call, it texts the caller back so they can book by message. See Phone calls.
- Merge clients behind your back. Two records only become one when you merge them, or when a client proves a phone number with a code. See Identity & matching.
