The Tornaly AI front desk handles messages, not phone calls. When you miss a call, it texts the caller back so they can book by message.
What happens when someone calls
- Calls ring your shop phone as usual. Calls you answer aren’t affected.
- With missed-call text-back, a call you don’t answer is forwarded to your texting number. The caller hears a short message and gets a text within seconds.
