Comebacks & Results
Results
What the assistant booked for you, counted honestly: one headline number, and everything else shown next to it — never added in.

Three buckets
Every booking made in the period lands in exactly one bucket:
| Bucket | Counts when… |
|---|---|
| Direct (the headline) | The assistant completed the booking in a chat — or a client booked in the same chat as a comeback or waitlist offer, within 7 days of it. |
| Influenced | Your team entered the booking within 7 days of a comeback message to that client — or the client tapped “Reschedule” on a reminder and the appointment was moved within 72 hours. |
| Not attributed | Everything else: bookings your team made, walk-ins, and anything we can’t link to a message. |
The headline — Revenue your assistant booked — is Direct only.
How money is counted
- Value is the service price at the time of booking — not what was paid, not lifetime value.
- Only confirmed or completed bookings count. Cancelled bookings and no-shows drop out of every revenue number.
- A booking counts on the day it was made, not the day of the appointment. Things like no-shows and how busy you were use the appointment date.
- Reminder confirmations are counted as recovery, but never as revenue — the client was coming anyway.
- After hours marks Direct bookings whose chat started while you were closed.
- Anything from Try it is left out of every number.
What else is on the page
| Section | Includes |
|---|---|
| Where bookings came from | Bookings by source and bucket; assistant bookings by channel; where web chat visitors came from (including each share link) |
| Clients seen | New and returning clients, walk-ins |
| Retention | Rebook rate, comeback bookings, lift |
| Recovery | Freed times refilled from the waitlist, reminder outcomes, no-show rate, deposits collected, and missed calls: forwarded, texted back, replied and booked |
| Assistant performance | Requests, how many the assistant resolved alone, hand-off rate, first reply times, messages answered and time saved (an estimate at 3 minutes each) |
| Team and Services | Appointments, value, share booked by the assistant, how busy, rebook and no-show rates |
Periods
The last 7, 30 (default) or 90 days, including today, compared with the same number of days just before. Charts are daily for 7 and 30 days, weekly for 90.
Export
Export downloads a CSV file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets:
- Bookings: one row per booking made in the period, with its bucket, source, channel, service, team member, client and value.
- Summary: every metric for this period and the previous one.
Note
Each Monday, owners and managers also get a short weekly summary by email, with the same definitions. See Notifications.
What we deliberately don’t count
- Bookings finished by your team more than 7 days after a message.
- “Messages processed” as a measure of success.
- Revenue from no-shows or cancelled bookings.
