What counts as an AI conversation?
All the messages with one client over 24 hours, on any channel, where the AI replied at least once. A client who asks three questions and books in one evening is one conversation. Messages you answer yourself, spam you block and your own tests don’t count.
What happens if I go over my texts or AI conversations?
Nothing breaks, and you’re never charged by surprise. When texts run out, reminders go by email or WhatsApp until next month. When AI conversations run out, the assistant offers clients tap-to-book buttons, so they can still book. To keep everything going, turn on “keep going” (CA$0.04 (US$0.03) per text, CA$0.05 (US$0.04) per AI conversation) and set a monthly limit. We email you at 80%.
What counts as a text?
One SMS sent to a client. Replies from clients are free, and WhatsApp messages don’t use your texts.
Who counts as a person who takes bookings?
Anyone clients can book with. Managers and front desk staff who don’t take bookings are free. Booking is CA$10 (US$8) a month per extra person and Front Desk CA$20 (US$15), up to 10 per location. More than 10? Talk to us.
Can I keep using Booksy, Fresha or Square?
Yes. On Free and Website, your booking button can open your existing Booksy, Fresha or Square link. The AI Front Desk needs Tornaly booking, because it books straight into your calendar. When you’re ready to move, we import your clients for you, free.
Do you take a commission on my clients or payments?
No. We never charge per client or per booking, and there’s no marketplace fee. Deposits go straight to your own Stripe account.
What does yearly billing save?
Two months: you pay for 10 months and get 12. The yearly price is charged once a year.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No contract. Cancel anytime in Settings. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free and your website stays online. Yearly plans are refundable within 14 days.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
You pick a plan, or you move to Free automatically. Your website stays online and nothing is deleted. We don’t ask for a card until you pick a plan, so you’re never charged without asking.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are before tax. We add GST/HST/QST or US sales tax where the law requires it, based on your business address.
Do I pay in Canadian or US dollars?
Businesses in Canada pay in CA$. Everyone else pays in US$.
What about phone calls?
Tornaly's AI handles messages, not voice calls: Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, SMS and your website chat. When you miss a call, Front Desk texts the caller back and books them by text.
